BMW Remote Window Close Coding – Close Windows with Key Fob

Description

Updated 3 October 2026: This page now describes the window-close coding offer without assuming that every BMW supports the same windows, sunroof or key-fob behavior.

What does BMW Remote Window Close Coding do?

The product listing is for coding intended to add a key-fob window-close function on compatible BMWs. The supported result depends on the vehicle configuration. This page does not promise that every window or roof function is available on every model.

Which BMWs are compatible?

The current product page does not publish a tested chassis and production-date matrix. A broad F-Series or G-Series label is not enough to confirm support. Send M-TRI Upgrade your 17-character VIN, model designation, production date and country before ordering. Ask for written confirmation of the functions available on that exact vehicle.

Will the key fob also close the sunroof or open the windows?

Do not assume those functions are included. Sunroof operation and remote window opening can vary by vehicle and are not confirmed for every configuration in this listing. Ask M-TRI to check your VIN and confirm the exact supported functions before booking.

How is the service delivered?

The product listing describes a remote coding service using an ENET connection. Contact M-TRI Upgrade before booking to confirm the required cable, computer or other setup for your car, along with appointment details and the current service terms.

What information should I send before ordering?

• Your BMW’s 17-character VIN
• Model and production date
• Country where the vehicle is registered
• Which windows or roof functions you want to use from the key fob
