How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your BMW model and variant, then click "Add to Cart." If you're unsure which variant fits your car, send us your VIN at info@mtriupgrade.com and we'll help you choose the right one.
How long does shipping take?
Physical products: We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Remote coding/flashing services: After purchase, we will contact you within 12 hours to schedule your remote session. No shipping required.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Please contact us at info@mtriupgrade.com with your order number. We will check the tracking status and get back to you as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Physical products must be returned in original condition. Remote coding services are backed by our satisfaction guarantee — if we cannot complete the service, you will receive a full refund.
How do I know which product fits my BMW?
Each product page lists compatible models and chassis codes. You can also use our "Shop by Model" menu to browse by vehicle type. If you're still unsure, send us your VIN at info@mtriupgrade.com and we'll confirm compatibility for free.
What is the difference between F-Chassis and G-Chassis?
F-Chassis refers to BMW models from approximately 2010-2019 (e.g., F30 3 Series, F15 X5).
G-Chassis refers to newer models from 2019 onwards (e.g., G20 3 Series, G05 X5).
Check your vehicle registration or send us your VIN if you're unsure.
Do your products work with right-hand drive (RHD) vehicles?
Yes. All our products and services are compatible with both left-hand drive (LHD) and right-hand drive (RHD) BMW vehicles worldwide.
How do I install a plug-and-play module?
Our plug-and-play modules require no coding, no wiring, and no special tools. Simply plug the module into the designated connector. Most installations take 5-15 minutes. Each product includes an installation guide.
Do I need any tools or software?
Plug-and-play modules: No tools or software needed.
Remote coding/flashing services: You will need an ENET cable (OBD2 to Ethernet), a Windows PC or Mac, TeamViewer installed, and a stable internet connection. Full instructions are provided after purchase.
Does this void my BMW factory warranty?
No. All our products and coding services are non-invasive and fully reversible. They do not affect your BMW factory warranty. You can remove or reverse any modification at any time.
What warranty do you offer?
All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and functionality issues. Remote coding services include a satisfaction guarantee.
