DOMESTIC SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)
We offer shipping within New Zealand via NZ Post and courier services. Standard domestic orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Free shipping may be available on selected orders. Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Asia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Please note that international delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
Customs and Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. M-TRI UPGRADE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
REMOTE CODING AND FLASHING SERVICES
Remote coding and tuning services (such as ECU tunes, TCU tunes, and feature activations) are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is required. Service delivery typically begins within 24–48 hours of purchase, subject to scheduling availability.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@mtriupgrade.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. M-TRI UPGRADE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
