M-TRI UPGRADE specialises in aftermarket automotive parts, ECU tuning, TCU tuning, and related coding/flashing services for BMW vehicles. Our products include but are not limited to performance parts, electronic control unit upgrades, and remote programming services.
Aftermarket Parts Disclaimer: Products sold by M-TRI UPGRADE are aftermarket parts and are not manufactured by or affiliated with BMW AG or any original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Installation of aftermarket parts or modification of factory software (including ECU and TCU tuning) may void your vehicle's manufacturer warranty in part or in full. M-TRI UPGRADE is not responsible for any warranty claims denied by the manufacturer as a result of installing our products or using our services.
Vehicle Modification Disclaimer: Modifying your vehicle's engine control unit (ECU), transmission control unit (TCU), or other electronic systems may affect vehicle performance, emissions compliance, safety systems, and insurance coverage. The customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with any modifications made using our products or services. M-TRI UPGRADE shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the installation or use of our products.
3. REMOTE SERVICES
Remote coding, tuning, and flashing services are delivered digitally and require the customer to follow specific instructions provided by M-TRI UPGRADE. The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle and equipment are compatible and properly set up for remote services. M-TRI UPGRADE is not liable for any issues arising from the customer's failure to follow instructions, incompatible hardware/software, or unstable internet connections during remote sessions.
4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
