BMW anti-dazzle (glare-free high beam) is disabled on all US-market BMWs because it is not approved by the NHTSA. The hardware is present on every BMW equipped with adaptive LED or laser headlights — it is simply coded off at the factory for US delivery. Enabling it requires a KAFAS camera coding change that activates the sector-blanking function in the headlight control module.
